By accessing and using Idle Investor ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Idle Investor is an idle/incremental game where players can:

• Build virtual businesses
• Earn virtual currency
• Watch advertisements to earn tokens
• Exchange tokens for real money via PayPal

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Virtual Items and Currency

All virtual items and currency in the game:

• Have no real-world value except as explicitly provided (token exchanges)
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• May be adjusted or removed for game balance
• Are licensed, not owned by you

5. Token System and Withdrawals

• Tokens can be earned by watching advertisements
• 1000 tokens = $5 USD (exchange rate subject to change)
• Minimum withdrawal: 1000 tokens
• Maximum one withdrawal per 24 hours
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• We reserve the right to verify accounts before processing withdrawals
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

6. Advertisements

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• The game displays third-party advertisements
• You must genuinely watch ads to earn tokens
• Using bots or automation is strictly prohibited
• Daily ad watching limits apply (currently 50 per day)

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Create multiple accounts
• Exploit bugs or glitches
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the game
• Engage in fraud or money laundering
• Harass other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the withdrawal system
• Use unauthorized third-party software

Terminated accounts forfeit all virtual items, currency, and pending withdrawals.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific earnings or withdrawal amounts
• Availability of advertisements
• Continued operation of the game

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. PayPal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to PayPal's terms of service. You must:

• Have a valid PayPal account
• Comply with PayPal's acceptable use policy
• Be eligible to receive payments in your jurisdiction

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service
• Change game mechanics or balance
